We take this very seriously - it shows our committment to our customers and we’re very proud to be able to maintain this excellent rating. We have been a member of the Better Business Bureau since April 2007.

Congratulations. For whatever reason, the roofing industry has acquired a bad rap. In fact, the BBB has regularly had roofers among the top 10 complaint categories, only falling to 12th position in 2007. So whatever you are doing to counter this trend, keep doing it. I know that clients can be tough and sometimes unreasonable. But, if you keep the lines of communication open, you should be in good shape. Best wishes.
