AJ Garibian, president of Garabar, just received his license for underground utilities and excavation. With this license he will be qualifying Garabar’s sister company, East Coast Underground and Construction Corp. In doing so, Garabar and East Coast combine to form an all-inclusive residential and commercial general, roofing and underground contractor.

This designation broadens the scope of Garabar’s service capability from start to finish of almost any construction project large or small.
