In fact, the BBB has regularly had roofers among the top 10 complaint categories, only falling to 12th position in 2007. So whatever you are doing to counter this trend,  keep doing it. I know that clients can be tough and sometimes unreasonable.  But, if you keep the lines of communication open, you should be in good shape.  Best wishes.]]></description>
