Apartment Complex
We just completed a re-roofing project at Oakwood apartments in Boca Raton. The project consisted of 3 apartment buildings and a poolhouse and measured out to 275 roofing squares. We used Monier Espana S-Tile for the project. In this case the tile was discontinued but the manufacturer had just enough for the project. Consequently, we were able to provide a top quality roof at a lower cost.

Tile Roof in Palm Beach Gardens
Garabar recently completed this tile roof in an exclusive community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Consisting of 60 roofing squares, or 6000 square feet, this roof is composed of a hand-made clay Spanish S tile.
Garabar made sure that no damaging dumpsters were used during tearoff and protected residents and pets by doing daily end-of-the-day sweeps for debris on the property.

Large Tile Roofing Project in Ft. Lauderdale
Ft. Lauderdale Tile Community
Garabar tiled over 120,000 square feet of roof at this community in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Garabar installed Artezano Clay Spanish S Tile over a modified hot mop with copper flashing.
The project, called the Oaks at hidden Harbour was a new development by local builder Michael Schiff and consited of high-end dwellings, both single family and townhouse.
